Deadlines:

Registration Deadline: February 24, 2025

Payment Deadline: March 1, 2025

Late Registrations: After February 24, a $3 late fee per athlete will be applied.

Late Payment: Payments postmarked after 3/1/25 are subject to a 5% late fee. If payment is not received by time of competition, athletes will not be permitted to compete.

Level Change Deadline: March 1, 2025

March 2–23: Level changes will incur a $15 fee per change.

March 24–Event Day: Level changes will incur a $25 fee per change.

On-Site Changes: Must be paid immediately via cash or check.

After March 1, 2025 all scratches, level changes, and information adjustments
must be submitted via form submission

- 6 Ultimate EuroTramps (2 used for competition)
DMT:
- 1 Gaofei DMT* (may switch to EuroTramp if repair is done in time)
- Sanction run & landing zone
2 Rod Floors:
- 1 Acro Sport
- 1 Skakun Original
- Both have sanction run & landing zones
Awards:
- Individual Event Medals 1-8th place
- Team awards by event: Levels 1-4, 5-7, 8-9, 10/Open, Elite

PA Gyms and Coaches -
Over the past few years, Pennsylvania has opted to do "team" award banners. This is not typical for USAG T&T to do, especially at a state competition. We choose to do this to give the athletes a sense of accomplishment, and excitement, and to have something hanging in their gym that they can look at and feel proud of. It is more to build a sense of camaraderie in the sport of Trampoline and Tumbling within Pennsylvania than it is a podium award.
Team banner awards will be announced via email, state website, and socials (Instagram/Facebook) following the competition and finalization of scores. Banners will be mailed OR distributed at the Region 6 Championships - whichever is deemed most necessary by the state board. Due to banners being awarded by level groups and not age groups, there is no need to hold coaches later after the conclusion of awards to possibly receive a banner. These awards must be done manually since these categories are not a scoring program feature, or as mentioned previously, not a typical USAG award.
