Jumpstart/EDP

USA Gymnastics JumpStart is designed to lead into the Elite Program, bridging the gap from the Development Program. Younger athletes competing within the Development Program and their personal coaches are identified through national competition and testing, and introduced to the Elite Program at an annual national training camp.

The USA Gymnastics Elite Development Program (EDP) is designed to identify talent and introduce younger athletes and coaches to Elite training and competition, developing skills and techniques while fostering enjoyment of the sport.
